30 Nov 2014, bcmsSVR 1.1.2 just released. This version supports multiple objects monitoring for the MonitorSplit and StatusTrunk reports. Also, this version fixed a number of bugs. For details, please refer to the readme.txt and support page

AvayaCDR 1.5.7 Released

30 Nov 2014, AvayaCDR 1.5.7 just released. This version better support of Charge Logging. Moreover, Names Lookup feature is supported so the extension name or caller name can be mapped and logged into database and Splunk. This version also fixed some minor bugs, please refer the Readme.txt and support page for detail information. 

clintSVR 1.2.4 Released

18 Nov 2014, clintSVR release 1.2.4 just released. This version supports select portion of skills or vdns from a report that supports multiple skills or vdns as input object, this will save number of license requirement. Moreover the result object will be deleted once the relevant report is reported from the system. For details, please refer to the support page

AvayaECHI 1.1.1 Released

8 Nov 2014, AvayaECHI 1.1.1 just released. This release can import single ECHI files or all files from a local directory. Moreover, you can import all ECHI files at a regular interval that defined by you. This release also supports the file format that exported by APS.  For details, please refer the the support page.  I plan to add a charging module in next release so each call is associated with charging data, calculation of charging in call center will be much easily when the information is available in database and Splunk. 

AvayaCDR 1.5.5 and 1.5.6 Released

Because the date of the two release is too close, I place the two release notes together. 

7 Nov 2014, AvayaCDR 1.5.6 just released. This version supports multiple combination of patter and matching value definition in the charge rate table, it allows call rate definition for same calling pattern but on different outgoing trunks. Moreover, this release fixed conversion 5 bytes sec-dur to seconds problem.  For details, please refer to the support page

4 Nov 2014, AvayaCDR 1.5.5 just released. This version can import archived cdr data to database and Splunk. Moreover, this release change the license module so that temp license can be arranged.  For details, please refer to the support page
