clintSVR 2.2.4 just released, this version has the following updates.

1. Supports new custom report uphisallspsksummary.
2. Supports new custom report upagentgroup report.
3. Supports splitskilsla database logging.
4. Register license to license.upignet.com.
5. Add cs_rtdb_schema parameter for postgresql database.
6. Add additional fields auxtime, holdtime and availtime to report uprtallagentstatus report.
7. Add outcalls to the agent details of upqueueagentstatus report.
8. Add new report AgentSLA report and database logging.
9. Add field assignment to the agent details of the splitskillsla report.

CMS Consolidated Report using ClintSVR

ClintSVR is enhanced to provide consolidate reports from split/skill, vdn and agent real-time and historical report. The following consolidated reports are introduced by ClintSVR version 2.2.4.

  • splitskillsla
  • vdnsla
  • agentsla

The following XML is an example of splitskillsla report. It consolidates the realtime and historical data of multiple skills.

We can use Grafna XML API to create a dashboard easily. For example the following dashboard is created using the JSON format of the splitskillsla report.

ctiSVR 1.4.2 Released

ctiSVR 1.4.2 just released, this version has the following updates:

1. Filter connected call and failed event is delivered after far end customer hangup the call. A parameter ivr_filterconnectedfailedevent is introduced.
2. Parameters ivr_filterdmccringerevent and ivr_filterdmcclampmodeevent are introduced for filtering of DMCC ringer and lampmode events.
3. Supports listreasoncode and listspeeddial API calls. Reason codes and Speed dial numbers can be defined by the CtiSVR and populates to the softphone applicaions such as calltoui.exe.
4. Add makeoutbouondcall API. The API will pick one phantom device to make outbound call, when the call is connected, it then makes a consulte call to an extension. The call is transferred to that extension once the extension is connected.
5. Register license to license.upignet.com.

AvayaCDR 1.7.2 Released

AvayaCDR 1.7.2 just released, this version has the following updates.

1. Change the sftp from temp to long connection.
2. Add a new parameter called cdr_remotedb_test_columnname and use MAX() function for the testing.
3. Add a try catch block for parsing the Splunk HEC payload.
4. Fix linux move archive file between filesystem.
5. Add cdr_nullcharreplacement parameter. Valid method is “delete” or “space”.
6. Supports pre-defined “unformatted” paramcdr format.
7. Register license to license.upignet.com.
8. Add command “delete paramcdr all”.
