I have implemented WebSocket support for ScreenPop and ivrSVR, this enables call control implementation directly within web browser. I think this interface is useful for developers who want to implement a platform independent softphone for their CRM application. I want to implement this kind of softphone and I wonder if I can implement a JQuery softphone plugin using this interface.
