We have successfully integrated with a product called Insight which is created by VigilWatch. CloudCDR is installed on customer side which collects Avaya CDR data and sends the data to the cloud platform of VigilWatch. Useful reports are provided by Insight and they are useful for daily management. We have some screen dumps to share with you.
