We have created some containers for our popular tools and uploaded them to docker hub. These containers are based on CentOS 6, each installed MySQL and the tool binary itself. If you are interested, you can download them from docker hub and get a trial license from us. Enjoy!
CallAnalytics 2.0.9 just released, this version has the following updates.
1. Update the “origucid” field of callinfo object using the CSTA transfer event.
2. Update the “vdn” field for VDN callinfo object.
3. Add setuserdata REST API, the userdata, ucid or callid or uui as parameter.
4. The callinfo REST API supports hexucid as parameter. The hexucid can be HEX UUI sent to Asterisk in the SIP header.

AvayaCDR 1.5.21 just released, this version has the following updates.

We have successfully integrated with a product called Insight which is created by VigilWatch. CloudCDR is installed on customer side which collects Avaya CDR data and sends the data to the cloud platform of VigilWatch. Useful reports are provided by Insight and they are useful for daily management. We have some screen dumps to share with you.
bcmsSVR 2.0.8 just released, this version has the following updates.
1. Add escape character for special character of MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle.
2. Fixed BcmsListSummaryVdn without dictionary mapping.
3. Using libssh version 0.7.7 for SSH connection between bcmsSVR and Avaya CM.
4. Supports JSON payload for the REST interface.
Wallboard.info has been working with developing Digital Signage solutions for 10 years. They have developed customer and employee management systems for Call Centers, which led them to the conclusion that actual, real-time information has an exceedingly positive effect on the employees’ performance.
UPINGET and Wallboard.info have joint effort to integrate the bcmsSVR and clintSVR with the wallboard system. Some call center real time and historical reports are created from the XML interfaces of bcmsSVR and clintSVR very quickly, you can find the screen dumps of these reports as follow:
